Most sponsorship pitches are some version of give us money and we'll put your logo on a banner. This isn't that.
Frost Shop Marketplace exists to lift up local Mariposa businesses, makers, farmers, and families — to turn a bare lot on Highway 140 into the place the community actually gathers. We're grateful for every partner who helps, so we start every sponsorship with a question most people never get asked.
Built for both local Mariposa businesses and regional & larger sponsors who want to help pioneer the model.
Frost Shop sits on valuable land along Highway 140 — and it exists because two local landowners chose to make it possible. They lease their property to us on terms we can actually afford, not because it's the most profitable thing they could do with that ground, but because they believe in what it does for Mariposa.
That generosity is, quite literally, what this is built on. Before a single sponsor signs on, local people had already bet on this town. Every partner who joins is standing alongside them.
Rural towns across America are losing their downtowns — storefronts go dark, the gathering places disappear. Frost Shop is a different model, and it works: underused land made viable by local landowners, local makers, community ownership, light and phased infrastructure, and a simple platform to run it. It's replicable, and it's being built deliberately so other rural towns can copy it.
The technology that runs Frost Shop is being built as CivicHub360, a platform designed so any rural community can stand up its own marketplace. Mariposa is the first. So when you sponsor Frost Shop, you're not just funding one market — you're seed-funding a model for rural revitalization, and you get to be one of the founders who proved it could be done.
Everything below is a real line item in our build plan — all public and live on The Vision budget, with every cost and every contributor shown. You can fund a whole landmark or a single tangible piece, and your name goes on the public ledger and on the thing itself.

Local businesses: the Community Partner and Builder levels were designed for you — small, tangible, visible, and proud. Regional and larger sponsors: Anchor and Founding are where you fund a landmark and the bigger vision. And every sponsor at $2,500+ — local or regional — appears on the big screen in the pre-show reel before each event.
Our entire build budget is public and live — every phase, every cost, and the name of whoever funded it. When you sponsor a piece, your name goes on the public ledger and on the physical thing. See the live Vision budget →
The first question is yours to answer: what would make this worth it for you? Tell us about your business or mission, and we'll come back with a way to make it real — at a level that works for your budget.
